These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dajer Leatherworks website and your purchase of products from us.

Throughout these Terms, “Dajer Leatherworks,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Dajer Leatherworks. “You” and “your” refer to anyone who visits our website, submits information, or purchases a product from us.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or making a purchase.

1. Online Store

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products.

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

To make a purchase, you must be the age of majority in your province or territory or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during checkout is complete, current, and accurate.

2. Products

Dajer Leatherworks sells leather goods, including handcrafted leather belts.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, dimensions, materials, and other details accurately. However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your device or screen settings.

Because leather is a natural material, products may have slight differences in:

• Grain
• Texture
• Colour
• Markings
• Finish

These natural variations are part of the character of genuine leather and are not normally considered defects.

Product availability, descriptions, specifications, and prices may be updated without notice.

3. Product Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing information provided on our website before placing an order.

Belt sizing may differ from standard clothing or pant sizing. We recommend following the measurement instructions shown on the relevant product page or sizing guide.

Returns or exchanges involving sizing are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Prices and Currency

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the total purchase price will be displayed during checkout before you submit your order.

Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee that it will be accepted.

After placing an order, you should receive an order-confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily confirm shipment.

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

• A product is unavailable
• Payment cannot be authorized
• The shipping information is incomplete or invalid
• We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• An obvious pricing, product-description, or technical error occurred
• The order violates these Terms or applicable law

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

We may limit the quantities purchased by one person, household, account, payment method, or shipping address.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or another approved payment provider.

Your payment provider may apply additional terms and conditions to your transaction.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

Processing times, available shipping methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery information are provided on our website or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, remote destinations, and incorrect addresses.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers generally have 30 days after receiving an eligible product to request a return.

Products must meet the eligibility requirements described in that policy. Certain items, including personalized, altered, worn, used, or final-sale products, may not qualify for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

9. Lifetime Warranty

Eligible Dajer Leatherworks belts may be protected by our separate Lifetime Warranty Policy.

The Lifetime Warranty applies only to qualifying manufacturing defects and is subject to its stated conditions, limitations, exclusions, claim requirements, and available remedies.

Normal wear and tear, natural leather characteristics, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, sizing issues, and unauthorized modifications are not normally considered manufacturing defects.

The Lifetime Warranty does not replace or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discounts cannot be combined
• Discount codes have no cash value
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
• Promotions may be limited by date, product, quantity, or customer
• Promotional availability is not guaranteed

We may cancel or modify a promotion when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

11. Accuracy of Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Lifetime Warranty Policy, and any additional terms displayed during checkout, form the agreement between you and Dajer Leatherworks concerning your use of the website and purchase of our products.
